Each 20kg Beef Box is a carefully curated selection of cuts, ensuring you get a variety of high-quality beef for every meal.

Your box may include:

• Steaks: Rib Eye, Fillet, Rump Sirloin, and Striploin.

• Roasts & Braises: Round Roasts, Beef Brisket, Shin Beef, and Chuck Steak.

• Versatile Cuts: Mince Steak, Beef Stir Fry, and Diced Steak.

You can also add a tray of 12 delicious Beef Burgers to your order.

(Bonus: Bones, offal, and fat are available free of charge upon request.)

How much is a box?

Our 20kg Organic Beef Box is priced at €330, which works out to an excellent value of just €16.50 per kilogram for premium, certified organic, grass-fed beef.

Is Your Beef Organic?

Yes, absolutely. Our beef is certified organic by the Organic Trust. Furthermore, our animals are 100% pasture-fed.

What Breed of Cattle is the Beef?

We raise Belted Galloway Cattle, one of the most visually distinctive breeds known for producing top-quality beef.

Originating in the harsh upland climate of southwest Scotland, they thrive outdoors all year round in the Irish climate. These animals are naturally slow to mature, which is the secret to their meat's exceptional texture and special, deep flavour.

Who is Your Butcher?

Our beef is professionally prepared by Burns Meats in Co. Sligo.

Is the Meat Fresh or Frozen?

Our meat boxes are sold fresh and are vacuum-packed to maintain quality. All boxes must be frozen by you upon delivery or collection. Once frozen, the meat will last for up to 12 months.

Do You Sell Individual Cuts?

No, we only sell beef in our 20kg boxes.

Where Can I Buy Your Produce?

You can purchase your box directly through our online store. If you prefer a more personal touch, feel free to contact me directly via phone, email, or WhatsApp to place your order.

Do You Deliver?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery across Ireland via DPD Courier for an additional €20 per order. We use biodegradable packaging for shipping.

Can I Collect My Box?

Absolutely. You can collect your box from the farm gate in Arigna, Co. Roscommon or from our Butcher’s shop in Grange, Co. Sligo.

How Much Freezer Space Will I Need?

A 20kg box is designed to fit comfortably into two standard freezer drawers.
